Not a very good read at all. A little behind the scene history on other Olympians was good, but I kept waiting for some novel information or story and I felt like the whole book could have been written in 10 simple pages.
Gholbirdred
Awesome book for all athletes and those that want to know what it's like to not only make it, but compete in the olympics. This is a must read for the athletes that I do mental training with.
EXIBUZYW
This book is very informative and written in very interesting and easy to understand language. Great advice and tips from not just Michael but others who have also "been there, done that". A must read for anyone interested in athletics.

I train track and field for the 400m and this book has many usefull tips from Michael Johnson himself.
He explains what he tought while running (trainings and competition). Also, there are many good interviews.
Good book.

Maybe I was expecting too much from such an unbelievable champion but his collection of self help advice with excerpts from his interviews with other sporting legends is less than entertaining. I struggled to finish this due to the repetition and rambling.

Best book ever.

This book contains some great insights into what it takes to be an Olympic champion, however it kills the reader with repetition.
Great book
