I loved eating at the Natural Cafe. The recipes in this book truly bring the experience home. My favorite is the recipe for red chile sauce that enhances the chile flavor in a wonderful way. I recently made the beet soup which came out so surprisingly good that all my dinner guests requested the recipe. Walters includes recipes for a diversity of sauces which can add the perfect finishing touch to a meal. My only regret is that she did not include the recipe for her famous sesame salad dressing.
